Is This the Best New Comedy?

NBC's Parks and Recreation is the paramount of comedy on television right now. It is hard to create a mockumentary styled tv show without being just like the Office, but Parks has successfully made the genre its own. Amy Poehler has brought her amazing comedy, and has recruited a few people from her Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre: Aubrey Plaza, and Aziz Ansari - who are two emerging comedy stars. Everything about the show is good. Is Parks and Recreation the best new comedy series on television? Why, or why not?
