do you eat your breakfast everyday?

According to health expert and nutritionist breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Because your digestive system is working overnight more or less 10-12 hours after you have eaten your dinner, which means you have an empty stomach by then in the morning that is why you need to eat so that you will the energy to be used in your activities of the day. So guys never skip your breakfast.

Yes, I try to have my breakfast, even if it is as small as 1 banana or 1 Apple every day. It keeps me active and ready for my day's work.

actually, i always skip my breakfast coz i normally wake up late afternoon so its already lunch though i know its not healthy for me coz im pregnant but during those time i keep on eating foods can be full mean an snacks, i even eat meals during 3am coz i feel so hungry that time so i guess thats already considered as my breakfast since i sleep around 6 or 7am.

sometimes i do, sometimes i don't. i eat breakfast only when i feel hungry. i was like this eversince i was child. but a lot of research tells that breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it's gonna keep you going, it's important especially for the student to help them perform well in school.

Yes. Ever since I ws a child, my mother taught me never to skip breakfast because it's the most important meal of the day. Although my appetite is not that really good during breakfast especially when it's too early, I still eat my breakfast.
