now at present ... you dont get direct referral on neobux. because.. almost every user have account on neobux....
so use only rent referral.. it is very hard task to get neobux direct referral...

Just a kind piece of advice to you , it is kinda of waste of time to go to neobux when you can't earn much out of it.

It depends how much 'much' is I guess 
Patience pays off with Neobux more than any of the other sites.
If you ae lucky enough to refer some others then it pays off even quicker

You can get direct referrals for any program from a referral sites. I know a site from which I got a few referrals for neobux and upbux. If you want the link, just add me as your friend and I would send it to you.

There's a good question! I wish I knew. I don't want to "rent" or "buy" referrals, but I'm not having any luck getting any myself! Maybe one day, I'll be lucky enough to have someone actually read my blog and join under me.
