For You...What is the most effective way to lose weight?

Oh really? I wanna vice versa... I wanna looks fatter. But do not know how, something wrong with my body... But I read one article from Indonesian newspaper. U can ear every 4 hour, that makes your body focused on the digestion more than absorption. It makes u to loose weight. Good luck!

Exercise out doors as far as possible. There are two advantages of doing whatever you are doing out side. One advantage is that it gives your body a chance to get a lot of the much needed fresh air and sunshine. I am not a fat person,I look a bit thin,and I do not lose weight,there are many ways to lose weight,but i think to lose weight should not rely solely on medication to lose weight,it is not scientife method,and only a reasonable exercise and a reasonable diet Coupled with reasonable rest is the most scientific method of weight loss

Just doing it. But this is hard. As I really miss my friends, and relationships, and this can effect my desire for food. I actually don't know the most effective way. But yes, I guess I agree that it is just doing it. Just eating when I'm hungry. It is hard, but to motivate yourself. Also it is hard if you are very fat. You do not see rewards as quick. You will be fat for awhile. But persistence is good. I guess also exercising is a plus. Find something you enjoy. Losing weight is like the number one thing that people want to do. And this effects all other things in their life. It is just one of those factors. But a lot of people are over weight. It should be looked at and be motivated and kindness suggested but only for the self perhaps. Being kind to yourself is good. But also, being mean to yourself can really whip yourself into shape. This is what I do. Sometimes. Whip yourself, because after awhile of grazing you will find that it would have been better to eat well. And have hope.
