CAn we still earn by referring members here in my lot?

I'm pretty sure that you earn a percentage of every person that you refers earnings or something like that like on most earning websites. I've never really had any referrals before but I'm still trying to. Recently I've been coming across some good looking earning websites so if I can find anyone that needs help finding some trustworthy websites then I can help them out and they'll be helping me out as well by joining under me. It really is a pretty awesome thing.
