Breaking up with someone you love is not easy. Especially when you fall out of love. Now the question is how are you going to tell your partner the painless way.

i tell him that i love him trully and by heart i want to see him happy all time , so if He is happly with someone else He is completly free to go, with this promise from me ,in future if some one hurt him or break His Heart He is free to come back to me .. because i wait for him until i take my last breath.

NO chance! after him i get committed with any one else, As i asked HIM i m waiting for him till i take my last breath its means by heart i m waiting for him, so how this should be possible I become committed with any one else...

If i don't love him very much, i will just say goodbye to him, without any other words. But if i love him very much, i'll tell him how much i love him and i'm sure i'll cry, but i think this is not a good choice.

I suggest just saying that you have changed and that there isn't anything wrong with your partner. It would be best to tell your partner that they will find someone that is more compatible that you are. If you tell your partner a list of things you don't like about him or her it could be really hurtful. Love is something that can end and it is also something that can be still around after the break up. It is best to say that time will heal.
