Eat More to Lose Weight?

People said eat when you feel hungry and not wait till the main meal come. Eat at least 5 to 6 times a day with breakfast, healthy snack in middle morning, lunch, tea time not only will lose weight but you'll stay good health as well. How to lose weight with this eating habit? Eating smaller meals 6 times a day is better than eating twice in bigger portion. Yogurt and oatmeals are good choices in between the main meal. How do you think? Appreciated your sharing or experience of lose weight if you have any.

if you feel that you have consumed more calories than you should have during the week, it happens you know, and then make sure that you work off those extra calories by the end of the week.

Hi. I've heard of this before. A friend told me that frequent eating in small servings is better than having the regular three meals a day in big servings. But I have never tried doing this. Personally, I have weight problem. I'm not yet overweight but I'm already on the highest level of the acceptable range for my height. I think I should try this one. Thanks for sharing.
