Difference between mydatateam.net and my-data-team.com

Can anyone tell me what is the difference between mydatateam.net and mydatateam.com. Bcoz both the website look alike. But some forums say that mydatateam.net is a legit while the other is a scam. But when we visit the site mydatateam.net, there it is mentioned that mydatateam.com,mydatateam.net are all belong to the same group "My Data Team". so pls tell me the major difference between them.
