Hi! guys, few of you knows that i own websites, now i do not really think that i will come this far, i am planning to shutdown one of my website and re create it, with a new content and will focus only in one content, and that is cooking. I will put free recipes and guide on how people can work on the kitchen with ease. I will also share recipes that i humbly created and recipes that i acquire through years of studying cooking foods on my own. Now can you suggest me what do you think is the best look for my website, i mean what are the designs that you think can make my website attract people, my website is free, i will just put a donation button on it so that the website will survive, at first i was thinking of selling recipes but, i said to myself, giving free service is much better, specially at this time of crisis. Giving free service makes me feel that, in my own little ways, i am doing my part on this planet. Can you Please! Suggest for the looks of the website, and if you wanna add your own recipes, we can put it there. I will put your name onto it. Sharing and learning is a hell of service in this world and by that our purpose as a human being in this planet is being fulfilled little by little. Suggestions plssss.... what do you think is the best color... etc.... Any suggestions will do..

If it will be something related to food--the best color is tangerine or orange. any shade of orange. it signifies taste--yummy, delicious, sumptuous, perfect taste. Good luck and give us updates about this! I love the idea of posting recipes for free. THanks in advance!

Sure i will give you an update about it, actually the reconstruction of the site is on going, including trial and errors and color changing, even the adding of recipes. I will update you all once it is done, i am sure it will be a great site cause the service is free and the topic is about cooling. Have a nice day.

Hello again. How nice of you to put a free-recipe-cooking-website. I am also planning to create a free blogsite where people can download music scores that I personally composed or arranged... Anyway... Would you put one of these into consideration?: - you can put a cool photo of yourself or someone, holding a cooking utensil in the homepage. - i agree that soft colors would fit in your site. - and you may also put some bits of orange color. (for some people like me, it's very attractive) - a very catchy "slogan" or something in relation may help a lot. (the web's name might not become that well-known but partnering it with something like, "just do it: NIKE" or "Love ko 'to: McDonalds" [hehe...you get what I mean], then maybe it would somehow help with the traffic) - i believe, the most important is keeping it neat, clean, and tidy. For now, these are what I have in mind. I hope it helped somehow. Goodluck and God bless!

Use soft colors and try to cut down on the flash if at all possible. If it will give a user eye strain then they will want to avoid it. Remember to use atrictive keywords that will draw the right interest to your website. Look around at other websites that are related to the one you wish to create it'll help move things along a bit as well. It will give you tips on what to say and how to say it. Make sure your text is clear and easy to read. Remember its the web and not everyone can see your work. So use tags in your images that best discribe the image. Captiions help as well. Don't use extravagent graphics either Keep the site clean and clutter-free.
