Hello friend. There are too many things you can learn as a student. First of all, learn well all the subjects you learn at school and try your best to finish your school or college with a good grade. Secondly, try your best to learn something that cannot be learned at school. Thirdly, if possible, take a summer and winter job somewhere as an intern to gain some working experience. Fourthly, take as many examinations as you can to get more certificates like CET6, PETS4 or PETS5, BEC and so on. All of these you gain will add to your possibilities to get a job, a good job. This seems to be a trend in China. Follow it and I am sure that you are half done on the way to success. Good luck to you, friend.

Thanks for posting this question. HR requirements vary. If they need someone with experience, then that's what they will look for definitely. You have to look for temporary jobs that would hire students or those with no experience. If you like to teach, you can do tutorials. If you are an adobe photoshop buff and are technically adept, you may do freelancing jobs like creating websites and stuff. Or if you like food, you can make really delicious meals and sell them to your classmates at school. I bet your classmates will want to buy from you as well because they are also saving money. First of all, you have to ask yourself what you really want to do for the rest of your life. You need money to survive once you step out of college. Make your research about this. For example if you want to be a nurse, you have to be aware that schedules are shifting, for you might be placed in the morning shift for a whole month, then the PM shift for another month and the night shift for another month. Would you want a job that is from Monday to Friday and weekends off? In the choice of a career, you have to consider about the nature of the job, job description, salary, feedback about the job. Your choice of career should fit your personality. Later on in college, you will have internships which you can add in your resume once you apply for a job. In school, please be active in joining various activities and clubs as this can boost your resume. Volunteering is also a plus.

Well, what you can do is make the most of your study. I really agree with the employer which accepts an employee only the one with work experience. No matter how much work you have been doing, but having no work experience is just zero. I really suggest you to go to student adviser at your university to ask furthermore about thins. Normally, university has its own division where students can go there and ask about internship or whatever it is called. Then you will have an opportunity to do a work which is related to your course.

A lot of thing... you can learn a lot of thing... from simple to complex one. Learning depends on the student as well on how the teacher delivers his teaching.
