Crying for no reason?

Do you ever find your self crying for no reason at all? Do you have days when the littlest thing makes you cry?

i do, from time to time ..
i think it might be, that our bodies and emotional systems are overloaded and need a release or we are just very hormonal .. lol

i got those days, i dont like them, if anyone said ne thing to me i'd break down and start crying for no reason, i guess maybe its that theres alot on my mind at that moment, i dunno but i got those days

Yes I go thru both of those. Sometimes it makes me feel better sometimes not.

No, I usually find there's a reason for my tears.
I know I'm very emotional when I listen to music. That can bring me to tears very quick because I always connnect the song to someone from the past or even present that I care about very much.
