PTC format same as neobux? anyone can help?

Hi, guys! I'm planning to sign up another PTC sites that has the same format like neobux and palmbux ($0.000). I am sick and tired of clicking in donkeymails and paidtoclick.in. Is it Traffic Exchange?enough of it. It stressed me and a time consuming. The sites doesn't fits me either because i don't own a blog site and I don't know how to use those "exchange points" and "click exchange". I recently joined Astrobux and LinxSence but the system are down for weeks now. Am I being scammed?
