Is late-night study good for health?

Many people study over night to finish the entire syllabus. A few people start studying a lot before the exam. But most of them start on the previous day of the exam. They will have to wake up the whole night and study in order to cover all the portion of the syllabus. Do you think that is a good idea? Studying overnight may make you tired isn't it? What will happen during the exam, when you are tired, and cannot concentrate on writing?

Definitely not. Studying overnight will make you feel stressful and tired the day after. How could you answer your exams best if you are so sleepy? When I was still studying, I study everyday - with or without exams the next day. With this habit I prevent cramming and studying overnight before the examination day.

Thanks for giving the idea of studying everyday. I think that is the best way to avoid cramming on the final day.

It's bad for your health and your concentration the next day while taking the exam if you stay up all night. I always make this mistake. I always seem to put off studying until the night before and I end up getting no sleep. :( It's better if you start studying little by little about two weeks before the exam that way you are actually learning the information, and not just cramming.

I don't think it's a good way to study. The last days before exam is to review the knowledge rather than to study from the beginning. Of course, it's not good for health as well as for the credit of lessons. Maybe one will forget everything after the exam. But for the lazy people, it's the only choice.

I think that staying up too late would be bad for a person's health. But some people find it easier to concentrate at night when everyone is asleep and it's quiet. Maybe a nap would help a student stay up at night to study.

To wake up till late-night is itself is an example of bad habit. It doesn't matter what you do. In fact it disturbs your routine work. If you are a student then it has a big effect as you can't concentrate in the class. You can't get enough sleep if you wake up the whole night and your body asks rest in the next day not considering how much your work is important and make you feel tired whole the day. You can't think properly and hesitate to take decisions even.
