Pasta with Black Truffles (at least, I think that's what it's called)

I had a chance to eat at an Italian restaurant named Giuseppe, owned and managed by a Sicilian. I must say, the pasta with black truffles was really good. It was like nothing I've ever tasted before. Plus, there was this added bonus of the pasta having been handmade by his mother. It was such a treat. So, what's your favorite pasta? :)
