Did the New Moon movie meet your expectations?

If you've read all the Twilight books, what do you think of its movie adaptations so far? Some people said they were disappointed. Others who didn't read it, liked Twilight better. One friend of mine says she read the saga and doesn't regret not watching its movies at all.

I loved New Moon. I thought the visual effects were awesome. My only complaint is that it was too long, and kind of slow in progressing the story. I read all the books, and I knew they wouldn't be able to fit everything from the book in the movie. I thought some of the parts with Jacob could have been shorter or cut altogether. :/

I think people who haven't read the books are more likely to be disappointed in New Moon. I haven't read any of the books. Because I pay attention to the media, I know that Edward isn't featured that much in this movie. People who haven't read the books may not have been expecting that. I DID see Twlight, and I enjoyed it. I remember being a teenager, and the teen angst they captured is pretty true to the real thing. Minus the wolves and vamps, that is. : ) I plan on watching New Moon when it comes out on DVD. I don't go to the actual movie theater that often. In the past year I've seen only one movie in the theater. And I'm sure when I do see New Moon, I will enjoy it. The music alone rocks.

What can i expect? I even didnt read the book. Not interesting to watch/read the movie nor book..i dont like warewolf movie or kind of that.
