I lost my phone in a blink of an eye!

Sunday, December 6, '09...On my way home, I was inside a jeepney and I was playing games on my phone (diamond twister) just to kill the time and not to feel bored because of the traffic jam. It seems as if I've never been warned by my friends not to use a cellphone while commuting...I've been a stubborn girl that's why I forgot the possibility of my phone to be snatched... I was in a total shocked for 5mins. when someone from the outside grabbed my phone and he ran away as fast as he could...he's like clark kent...so fast that I couldn't imagine how it happened! I didn't reacted hysterically...maybe because it's not my first time that I've lost a thing and it was just the material thing that was lost...not my LIFE! I'm still thankful to God that I'm not hurt. And it's also a lesson learned for me again! to be more careful of my things and not to take for granted the warnings of my friend. How about you mylotters...have you lost your cellphone? Does someone took it away from you or you just misplaced it? how did you react?

Hi bec! Sorry to hear what happened. I have never misplaced my phone nor lost them because it was snatched or was pickpocket. I think I am more careful about it. And I think I am poor for me to get one one I lost one My two sisters always lost their phones. Either snatched in a blink or was pickpocket without them knowing. I can still remember their stories just like yours. They often go home as if nothing happened. But its good thing that nothing happened to them. As what you've said "...I've lost a thing and it was just the material thing that was lost...not my LIFE!" There are more things or phones that you can buy in the market but not life.

I've never lost anything valuable or important to me, thankfully. More importantly, I'm glad I've never been robbed or mugged. I think I would be more upset about that than about losing something. At least you're OK though, like you said that's what really matters. Cheers!
