What do you think would Make Mylot better?

If they could Increase ways for us to make money, what do you think they could do. Im thinking of a chat service like IM and get paid per every 15 mins you are on it like 5 cents or so. Or the Ability to add Video to the discussions. So many ways to make a profit, lets hear what you have to say :)
