Though noon can live without money, but it's not the most important thing in life, and I don't take it as my ultimate objective. If you want to earn much money, you have to work much, and then you don't have enough money to enjoy your life, as well as spend the money you have earned. There is a proverb saying that money is a good servant but a bad boss.

No, money making is not my only objective in life, but it definitely is something that I want to do. I admit that it is one of the more important things that I want to (and have to) do in life but it's not the most important and only thing that i want to do. I think a lot of people consider money as being everything in their life because they know the importance of having money. I mean, if you think about it, it is quite a big deal to have it because without it, you can't really purchase food, clothes, shelter, etc. And nowadays, money is hard to come by for most people, so a lot of us tend to value the money that we do receive, a lot more. I'm not saying that I agree with people who think that money is everything; in fact, I don't think money is everything, but it does rank pretty high up there with oxygen. Without money, it's a hard life to live and that's part of the reason why I think a lot of people do consider money as a necessary part of living. I do think money is important, but it's not everything to me. And as you said, there is a lot in the world that's much more important than money. For me, it would be God, family, and many non-materialistic things that you can't buy with money, such as the good times you have with friends and family, true friends (you can't pay a person to be a true friend), more time, love, and many things like that. Though I do think money is important, I definitely agree that there's a whole lot more things that are more important than money =]

Hi arunkrishnan, In my life, yes it is. In today's world money is everyone's main focus this is because these days, without any money you won't be able to do anything, like buy food. So many has becomes one of the most important things in our life. Towards a religious aspect, if one focuses their life just on gaining money, God will call them fools because, God gave you a life to enjoy it and not to waste all of your life earning money. Therefore god asks, "Is money your master? Or Am i your master". Jesus teaches us that being rich towards God is better than being rich in yourself
