good communication is essential!

good communication system is needed in an organization. this will cause the members and leaders to make its best efficiency to the operations and for them to execute and delegate the platforms of the organization. there are many barriers that could destort the company's system. there are what you call physical barriers such as noise in the environment. this results into communication difficulties. it interferes the good communication system and can also affect morale and mental concentration of the members. to be ables to overcome this the company must learn how to minimize the noise and make some adjustments and corrections to those problems for the organization to have a better workplace and work output.

right, if the process of communication is effective in an organization, everything will turn out fine and as it should be.
