Usually, when out at the local diner if I'm having Italian Food I prefer a Caesar salad. On the other hand, if it's say at a buffet in Atlantic City or some upscale restaurant, my choice will be whatever they're serving. And it's usually a tossed salad. And yes, I'll throw in some cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, bacon bits, etc.

I like all kinds of salads. I like ceasar, house, romaine, iceberg. I like my salad with only tomatoes, maybe cheese or crutons. As far as dressing goes, I would have to say either ranch, ceasar, or italian are the best!

I like to eat salads once in a while, with mixed raw vegetables, a little bit of tuna or chicken, sliced boiled eggs, lemon juice, and just a little mayo for taste..

Although I'm not usually a salad eater, when I eat salad I usually put lettuce, canned tuna, onion, cucumber, and make the dressing myself. Also I like pasta salads. They're great for the summer! Also potato salads are a nice option. I usually put carrots, pepper, onions, canned tuna and whatever other stuff I can find in my fridge.

I really don't eat salads like I should. I might eat them once and a while with a little dressing mostly lettce with meats and cheases. I don't really like them otherwise. Though I should eat them a little more, but never really thought much about it.
