PAYPAL Philippines verification through Credit Card...is it required?

Hi fellow Filipinos? I am just wondering if Paypal should be verified through credit card in order to cash out payments from online work earning. I'm new with making money online. Need your help guys. Thanks.

You may choose credit card or debit card example the smartmoney card (a debit card with a logo of mastercard) or the eon debit card from Union bank with visa logo card.
You may also use VCC or Virtual Credit Card to verify your paypal then you may withdraw it in your bank account.
But if I were you, I will get smartmoney card in any smart wireless center then pay 30Php for the processing fee then apply for eon debit card. Eon debit card has an annual fee of 350Php BUT you do not need to load your eon debit card BUT I SUGGEST to load it and Activate it.
If you got both smartmoney and eon card or any debit card or credit card from Unionbank, Verify your paypal using smartmoney, you need to have at least 200Php in your smartmoney because paypal will charge you $1.95 then paypal will send it back to you after verification or other times. If you are verified now, use your eaon debit card as your bank account, the 12 digits. then withdraw your paypal funds in your eaon bank account then Link your eon bank account in your smarmoney using your smart menu. and you will see that the only cost that you will get each time you withdraw is only Php2.50 if your paypal amount is over Php7,000 BUT if it is below Php7,000 your charge is Php50+2.50 = Php52.50 and it is more saving thing than withdrawing it directly in your card.
Note:
1. your smart money need to start in 5299 to be able to use it online.
2. Your bank account info must match in your paypal info.

thanks sarlyntenerife for your information...it has been a great help. So what you're saying is I still need a smartmoney card apart from the Eon debit card from union bank? Can I withdraw the money from my Eon debit card alone? Thanks.

Yes, you can withdraw it in your eon card but i think withdrawing paypal funds in your card will cost $5. That's why I suggest you the way I like. But it's up to you. You may use only one card or only the eon card BUT about what I tell you as above, it makes you save and more secure.

Actually, you don't need smartmoney card. It's up to you if you want to get a smartmoney card, but it is more safe. I just told you above that If I were you, I will choose the method that I told you above. But if you want, you may choose alone the eon debit card.

Hi hap! Actually you need not to have it verified. You will be needing the card for you to get the money for withdrawal but not for you to have it verified once you reached payout in a website you are working with.

No no no you don't need to have a your credit card validated because you can get your earnings from mylot evenif you're paypal is not verified. BELIEVE ME :D
