You see the sales people in the various stores wearing Christmas hats, antlers, and such, but you also see the random few wearing such items around town. My question is are you one of those people and are these the same people who are the life of the holiday parties. I guess to be one of those people you have to have the holiday spirit and are that type of person who wants to instill a piece of that spirit into each of us. Maybe we should all go around getting into the spirit of the holiday and wear our holiday gear, maybe not a santa hat or reindeer antlers, but something to say hey I got it too. With the commercialization of Christmas we tend to overlook the holidays now and what they really are about. It all about family and the coming together to spread joy to others. So to those that do go around town wearing thier antlers with pride I say thanks and Merry Christmas. My your holidays be filled with the Joy we all need to share.

Up here, ususaly we just sell those reindeer hats in sporting goods stores to Massachusits hunters. Strange though, they never come back after buying one of them, I just don't get it....*shrug*.

well my 12 year old daughter bought one and wears it all the time! she really likes wearing it and i dont see an issue as for adults wearing them, i was at walmart on saturday afternoon and out of the large number of people, there was one fellow (probably around my age) wearing one. and although i agree Jesus is the Reason for the Season, i am all in favour of having a bit of fun too!

I myself are in favor of getting away from all the hustle and bustle and enjoying this season for what it is meant to be and your right fun should be a big part of it, I guess thats kind of why I wrote this where has the JOY gone. Does it take wearing a silly hat to get people to slow down and smell the scent of a christmas tree. Bravo to your daughter I hope we all can learn from her and the spirit that she brings. Let's find some JOY this holiday.
