Does ClickxChange accept Indian users? Any one member here?

Hi, Any one a member of this clickxchnage Ad Network. I tried to signup to this site and it is not accepting my application. It shows error at Country field. There is no information about it in FAQ. Does it accept only US members or is it available for International members? I think they have CPC, CPM and lead based programs.. Any ideas? Do you know any other Ad network program which are for International members other than Adbrite and Bidvertiser, Speedy Ads
