does noise gives a poblem to communication?

According to research noise gives many negative effects to person and animals like it cause a stress to person.. This are unwanted sounds that makes a communication hard to understood.

That 'research' resulted right output about noise pollution and effects. The high decibel value able to create nuisance from audible frequency to living things. I have seen on TV (Myth Buster) how noise pollution effected plant growth. When we talk about noise we are talking about sound frequency.
