Is it okay to make love more than once a day?

Science tells us that most individuals think of S-?-X almost every minute. Should we "do it" every time we have an urge?

Only we can answer that for ourselves...as far as I'm concerned a couple can have at it 10 or more times a day if they like provided they arent shunning their responsiblities like work, children etc...
