Hi, janely. Sleeping time is the most important relax time. If wearing a bra or underwear when sleep, how can we have a quality sleep. It not only uncomfortable but also contribute to increase our stress if we feel uncomfortable when we wear it. FOr guy we need extra place to something moving when we sleeping and sometime if will become too tight.

I think that some people slept with a bra or underwear, because it's more comfortable. That's why I sleep without one, because I find that it's a lot more comfortable to sleep without one.

I would never wear any bra while sleeping…as it is the bra is so restrictive and we are having to wear it throughout the day…I would want to feel totally relaxed while sleeping.

I feel it is only for comfort, as far the woman are concerned they wear a tight bra through out the day, and only in the night, they remove the bra, so that they can be comfortable. As far as the men are concerned, they also like to be free and comfortable. I also do not wear a underwear or a boxer during the time I sleep. I always wear a lungi, which is something like a sarong. Some sixty to hundred years back people did not know what were undergarments, were they not healthy.

You are right, rameshkumaar. We want to feel comfortable after a day wearing tight bras. Only can we find comfort in being free from it when we are at home and when we go to sleep. Men have their own choice of sleepwear, too. I guess this is a personal individual thing and varies from person to person. Who would like to sleep with clothing that are hugging you or are tight? Who would like to sleep catching his breath due to tight clothing?
