Could we shop is ebay without a verified paypal account?

Yes it is very much possible to do ebay shopping and pay through paypal, even if the paypal account is not verified. I Spend all my mylot earnings on buying items from EBAY. My paypal account also is yet to be verified.

Yep, you can buy things on ebay even if you're PayPal account is not verified. I've never verified my PayPal yet and I've bought quite a few things on eBay. So nope, the fact your account isn't verified will not prevent you with doing anything in thise case. So shop away.

Yes from what i have read you can still buy goods/ merchandise/ stuff of the internet with an unverified. Being in a status of unverified means you can't redeem not more or less than you currently have ( because of having no source to fund your funds). If you have enough money in your paypal to buy an item off ebay that costs less than you have , you should have no problem whatsoever. Have fun buying your goods :).
