Creative Presentation Ideas for Leadership and Management Class

We use to present ideas to school. The usual ways to do this are role plays, dramas, and many more. Can you please provide other ways to present an idea on leadership and management. Thanks for sharing in advance!

The first time to follow you. I am a teacher and tutor in a vocational college. My students are above 20 years old. so in my class management, i must pay attention to discussion with students representatives of my class. what's more, a tutor in the college can't manage class affairs with force. A tradition way, a tutor remembers the birthday of every student and sends a best wishes on their birthday.

Today, we hold a class meeting about future career in which i invited a manager who is chief in the company. He told my students the ture situation in the company. His description told my students some ture situations in the job market and improving the working ability was an urgent thing for them. Manager's address in class meeting is more effective than my drab sermon.
