Can you recommend ways to loss fats?

I have a friend who will be getting marry next month. Since she asked me to become one of her entourage, I have been trying my best to loss weight. I tried diet pills and low carb diet. I am now into oats and cereals for breakfast but still I cannot attain the weight loss I need. Can you recommend me what to do or suggest ways to loss fats?

You could try running or playing some physical sport. That should help you loose weight fast and also make you healthy and energetic. You should also drink plenty of water.

You should use diet pills and do exercises parallel. I think jogging or running is the effective way to burn your calories, only 15 to 30 minutes every morning U will find the difference. At the beginning it could be difficult but your self will automatically find the way to adpapt to the situation

After they stop the diet pills the weight will come back on! Or worse a addiction to the pills forget that one!

you already know that lose weight, you need to burn more calories than you consume, you've tried dieting, keeping a food diary, creating an exercise regiment. it's obvious that the problem isn't with the technique, but will your willpower (discipline and motivation. in addition to your diet..eat SMALL AMOUNT OF MEAL every 3 hours that consist of simple carbs, high protien and fiber and exercise, don't rely on diet pills they will just burn your cash with less result

wow a high ambition..hahaha just think you can loss fats then you can. Me as an expert you know, I keep maintaining my good fit, figure by being relax and cool always without perspiration and wet.hahaha

It’s a good idea to have an idea of the calories that most food items have. If it is a packed thing then the label is sure to have the calories that the substance has.

Forget the diet pills ! Try to rephrase your plans to loose weight focus on good nutrition and exercise and never say diet .Its not healthy to lose wight fast but by changing your eating habits instead of the pressure of a so called diet.My mother has been on a diet her whole life .I choose to loose weight without that word,it takes time and commitment you did not gain it overnight and cannot loose it healthy overnight. A great way to eat is in a book called eat right for your blood type,I am sure there is info. on the net for this for you to check into it.Learning what is good and bad for you is the key.Also staying away from unhealthy fats,carbs,sugar. You can waste alot of money and time on diets that once you stop ,you gain it back. Exercise and eating what fuels your body instead of sits on it is the way you will do this. Loosing alot fast gives you a very good chance of gaining back faster plus more.It is a life change you need in food not a diet.

Hi pret! I think the amount of fat you burn, in your day to day affairs is the most important. It you keep doing physical activities like walking and exercising regularly for half an hour to one hour, it will help burn your fat. Others method which you are adopting will also be helpful, I suppose.

Pills, and diets need time ptettychai, these things work but you have to be patient. If you want fast weight loss you have to add exercise, at least 3 times a week for at least 20 minutes per exercise. Never eat rice with red meat (if possible cut down the rice too). Never eat noodles. eat plenty of veggies, and fruits for the fiber. Drink extra water daily. And...don't sleep too much. Oh yes, no cakes, chocolates, sweet stuff in-between. In 3 days you'll begin to see results. Good luck
