Is wwwf.********.com is safe to browse?

hi there star! All I know about mobile website address it sometimes starts at m. Like for example in accessing yahoo it will be (http://m.yahoo.com) which is the mobile version. Same with other sites. I never heard about wwwf though, I've tried checking it out on the net and I can't find any news/articles of it being a possible hacker tool/site/phishing. But I do think you have to secure your email and think twice of using that site again.
