Changing the laws.

The laws are so unpredictable at times it seems. What laws would you change and why? I would definetly approve a law of not being able to talk on cell phones while driving. I can't believe people are in such a hurry to get from point A to B but will talk continuously on a cell phone instead of paying attention to their surroundings.

I agree with you that all cell phone usage in the car should be outlawed. I have watched too many drivers who are driving too slow, too fast, erratically -- all with cell phones glued to their ears.
Yesterday we were following a car that had stuff piled clear up to the top of the back window. The driver was driving first fast and then slow and then fast again. Knowing that the driver couldn't possibly see us, we passed the car when we got the chance. The entire car was loaded with stuff top to bottom. In the driver's seat was a woman talking on her cell phone. Drivers like this are a hazard to everyone.
