Do you know other PTC site that does this

I'm member at O-Mega PTA and they recently got Adbot for their chat-room,which means if you are in the chat you can hear specific sound when new ad is available so you minimize the missed ads count.I think that option is verry cool sinse I'm not member of just one PTC site and have other things to do but now I don't miss ads when I'm not infront of the PC.I was wondering if there are other PTC sites with that future or they are the first one?
