Who know about Giga-mails.com. Does it a scam?

I joined giga-mails a few months ago as a free member. I understand that I can request payout once my earning reach $75000 and I already reach it. I am so excited and expressly request for redemption. Unfortunately I don't realize that I put a wrong my paypal user id when i submitted my redemption which make me felt so regret about my mistake. I try to send emails to giga-mails to inform about the mistake and they never reply to my emails. The minimum payout has been deducted from my earning but till now i dont get any response about my claim. I just give up to work on giga-mails anymore. Does anyone know whether is it really a scam?
