third eye

Oh, really. That would be cool if I can open my third eye. BTW, what is the foundation of our third eye, does it see some other things? like ..... Can we use it to make money? :-) and how to open it?

Third eye? I don't know, maybe not, two eyes are ok, but having a third eye? It will make me look like an alien. LOL Anyway, if we will talk about the paranormal side of life, and if we will focus there, then i think, it is possible or rather say, the believers will tell us that it is true, well if that is the case, then why not? At least i will see the much more beauty of this planet. There are so may unexplainable things that are happening in our world, and as an ordinary human, i want to discover those things, go beyond and deep within the secrets of life and the other side of life, Well.. that is! if! it is true! No one knows, maybe there is, or maybe it's just a matter of imagination.

Well, as in paranormal activity, ability to see ghost, hear spirits, that sort of thing, I'd have to adjust. It could be hard, but I would try. If the open third eye means I am conscious of myself and the world around me in a respectful way and use the open third eye for spiritual guidance, then definately. It really depends on what your definition of the third eye is? From the majority of the comments, it appears people are looking at the third eye as a scarey thing, something of the ghostly unknown world, but it is also a Chakra, an energy point of the body.

I do not want to have a third eye opened because I might not be able to understand or cope up with what I will see which are mostly supernatural. I'd rather stay normal. I have heard of persons with third eyes who had these closed because of some bad or eerie feelings they developed with what they saw.

That is scary! No way would I want a conscious third eye. I think that makes one's daily living less bearable. I encountered a patient once, a little boy who allegedly has a third eye, and it certainly gave me the creeps inside the hospital knowing that he sees what he sees. I couldn't imagine the fear and uncertainty he feels everyday and how he deals with it. We must keep our faith in God.

I have heard of this since young and I have had heard a few friends of mine is able to see/sense them. Although most of them mentioned that it's not something frightening, but it is easily differentiated from normal human being. I think I will want to have mine open ONLY if it is necessary to. I can't imagine if I can't accept the things that I see and there is no way to close it, it will be a torture and it will be for the rest of my life.
