Do you have any physical 'problems' from using the Internet too much?

I lift weights and for me to sit in my chair and surf the internet for hours really stresses out my legs and lower back. The biggest thing for me is the fact that my hip flexors(muscle in front of waist/thigh) feel really tight after being on the computer for awhile. I was just wondering if anyone had the same problem and what you might do to make it less harsh?

For me the only things that is noticeable is the back pain and butt pain for seating for a longer times then also feel cramps on the legs if one is in a stationary position for a long time. The solution is to stand for at least 1 minutes and flexing the arms and the legs to prevent the blood for non-circulation.

Get up every so often. Walk around the room, go to the restroom get a glass of water. Do something other then sitting. It doesn't have to be much. If you just stand, to cross the room or move from one end to your desk to the other it helps keep blood flow going and will release tension from your legs being forced in one postion for long. I'm online for hours at a time, but I move at least once or twice an hour. This keeps the blood cicurlating in my legs and keeps them from tightening up. I also move my legs back and forth as well. It helps keep all that from happening.
