Join 000webhost, they give free hosting service (limited of course) with affiliate program. Join under my referral if you feel this information is useful. From my experience, they are very reliable and really good web hosting.

I've heard of this site before but kind of forgot about it. Thanks for reminding me. I'll join under your referral link if I decide to promote it. It does look appealing with a $5 per signup which can add up real quick. Thankk you for the reminder.
