quality in service

We often eat out with friends or family, we interact with different kinds of people. We go to fastfood chains or restaurants or even sidewalk vendors just to satisfy our hunger but do we really notice the staffs/ crews who give us attention if there is? Sometimes we tend not to consider them anyway its just the food we are after, maybe because we lack out of time. but others really comment on them the way they look, how they interact with the customers. And its really the no 1 thing we should do to help them improve what they lack... If there are survey forms around the store don't just ignore it but try to answer one. And if not try to call the attention of the supervisors if something is to be corrected, then try to visit the store again to check whether it was changed or improved.
