Red card for diving!!!

I am talking about football if it wasn't clear :) In my opinion, diving or simulation is the worst form of cheating and when it is as clear as it is most of the time, i think it should be a straight red. Especially when it is a dive in the area, so as to gain a penalty. What ever happened to sportsmanship? Why do players feel that it is okay to dive? In my opinion is should be a straight sending off......oh and perhaps a MASSIVE pay cut. maybe then they'll stop cheating :P What do you think?
