Hi friends, Some times we sleep very less than we actually need and feel sleepy at the workplace.Due to work pressure we ignore the sleep and in turn we feel sleepy next day.I wonder what is the minimum requirement of sleep is must for our body and mind to make the next day healthy? Your knowledge may be useful for others too.

Each person requires at least 4 hours of sleep the least and the recommended and most appropriate sleep hours is 8 hours. By sleeping 8 hours a day, your body and mind are refreshed and hence you would think better throughout the day and you are less likely to feel sleepy. Besides that, having 8 hours of sleep would results in better diet and weight lose and not gaining weight.

Actually I think we are supposed to sleep for 8 hours every day,for a nice beginning of the next day.Sleep is quite essential but some people do not even sleep at all.
