Do you really read,rules before signing agreement while joining earn sites..

Not only earn sites,for any sites,User agreement is must ,but before signing how many of us read or give importance to rules...

Usually I read the terms and conditions before joining a site. Sometimes, if known persons are already a member in it, then I will join without seeing also. But it is better to see and then join.
