Do you find yourself be busier in off-day than working day? I am busier on off-days. I find an off-day is quite tiresome even though you do almost nothing at all. Today I am off, in the morning when I got up at around 9.30, I finished my breakfast quickly and began preparing lessons. It took me several hours. In the afternoon, I searched some information on gold transaction, still haven't got a clue. I was intended to go to the electronic product market to take a look at DVD players, but remained still on thought of the cold weather outside, -22 degrees, celcius. Then I return to mylot to see if I can think of something to jog down. In the evening, I am gonna wash clothes, prepare lessons for the exam again and make preparation for tomorrow's work.

Busy-ness is a mental state and more of a feeling, and people are just thinking such a thing. Why I say this is, some people say they are busy when they are eating, or talking over the phone, or just sleeping the whole day. So you can be busy even if your idle. It all depends on what you do rather than the amount of work you do. During off-day, you have a lot of time to focus on other things in your life, so you feel that you are going to be busy that day

This is a different feeling for me. At usual I am busy at work. When I am off work, then I am busy with my family:) We will go out to the park and have some fun. And sometimes I will also make some delicious dishes. Yes, it is busy but I am happy:) I love China

Like if I based it right now, I would say on my off-days. I really think that since I know that I do not have to go to the office, I tend to everything I want and spend more time with son. Thus, super tired and super asleep at weekends. But there are times that I would also experience a busier working day back with my previous job but with my current one, I have to say no because I get so bored.

About an year ago I had the same problem and I was alway tired because I never really got to rest. And I made myself a scheme. When I have two off-days in one week, I try to do all the thing that I have to do (even some social contacts) in one of them. On the next day I get my well-deserved rest - I would sleep as much as I want, I would read a book or too, I would take a walk and I would go on a bar in the evening. So, the past year worked good for me this way and I think i will keep the scheme for the next year, too Hope you get some "real" rest soon :0

Oh yes, I've been busier on an off day than a work day many times. It seems as if your day off is the only day you are able to run errands, clean your house/apartment or do your laundry. Sometimes it felt as if I never got a day to rest because I'd work all the week but have a couple days off but those couple days off we're always jam packed so I was still basically working and running around trying to get things done. Right now, I'm not as busy because I'm unemployed and just trying to make any money I can from home, even though it's really hard to find a work at home legit job and a legit place to make a decent income, most of the jobs listed on the Internet are scams.

No, I'm not. On off-days I have more free time to do what I want and to go where I want. I'm busy only with the cooking, because my girlfriend is on work, when I have a day off, but I don't take it as pressure, because I love cooking. On work-days I have a lot to do- I have to examine the tests of the students, have to prepare my lessons and many other things. SO I love when my days off come!

off-day obviously a abusy day, as we use this day for all pending works rather than professional works. starting from cleaning the house, purchases, gardening, bank deals, outing, special dishes, some experiments in kitchen, hand crafts etc etc..... the list keep on going... so I feel off-day is the terrible day

I definitely feel like some off days are busier than work days. The thing is that you can kind of expect what is going to happen at work. However, you may have many surprises waiting for you on off days. You'll just find yourself doing several things, some of which you didn't expect to be doing.

Yes, I am much busier on an off-day than a working day. I always have errands to run whether it be doing research, grocery shopping,or doing other types of shopping that I can't think of right now. I can wake up and think I have nothing to do then when I think about it I have a lot to do. Maybe getting clothes, oh there's another type of shopping I just thought of... hey, how about that? Anyway, I do agree, many of us are much busier on off-days.
