windows 7 is good. the compatability issues are patched up already. Windows 7 is better than vista because this OS requires lesser resources making it run much faster and launch programs faster. I have been using windows 7 for a month already and I can really tell the difference between Vista and 7 since my laptop came with vista, I just changed it to 7. I also like the various appearance enhancements on windows 7 and the security prompts is considerably less than vista. The only problem I encountered with windows 7 is the installation of my built in fingerprint reader that came with my laptop. But none the less I got it working by the help of some users in the internet.

Yeah in our office we use windows 7 as our OS almost all the programs run faster and them it has a nice GUI to work on and play. it is faster than windows vista. I like to have one but I am currently using SP3 of windows. I say windows 7 is good!

I don't have Windows 7 yet, and I am trying to download one free version if I can. I have problem with Vista when I tried to installed some games, it won't be compatible with it. Also, When I tried to install the old version of Nero burning ROM, it simply won't allow me to do so. So, that are the biggest problems I faced with Vista so far.

I still have Windows Vista. I don't know about 7 though. I hear it is suposed to be as good as Vista, and everything I've heard about it is suposed to be good. I even read a twitter feed about it, but its not so appealing that (if I even had the money), I wouldn't jump up and go buy it. I would like to try it, but I'm not so eager to do so and go bankrupt. When Vista came out, I was impolsive. But, then again Jaws kept crashing with XP I couldn't stan it.

windows 7 still sucks for me! it still hangs or freezes without error message at all.. i've tried the solution provided my microsoft but the solution only prolongs the time before you freeze, but you will still freeze after a couple of hours. it's still a hassle....
