Help me. I am in depression and can't wake up for work. My office starts at 9am and i wake up at 12pm. I am terribly late for work. Any one knows how to wake up early to go to work?

Well. Like everybody else said, get yourself an alarm clock. Or if you have a cellphone use it and put the alarm on the highest volume it can go and put it by your pillow. I have used one of mine and it ususally does get me up in the morning, but I hit the snooze button on it and wind up falling back to sleep. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn't so I don't know why I use it. I don't know about getting some1 to wake you up, I don't possibly think that's going to work either. You'd have to trust somebody to always wake you at the time you want to be up. I had a late night job and would get off at the time I needed to get to work and that was at 5 or 6 in the morning and go straight to my ft job and I would get there by at least 7, 7:30 to start at 8am. That didn't do because I wasn't getting any sleep. So I quit that and kept my ft job.

Hello, Well, to wake - up early in the morning, you must go to bed early ..and you have not mentioned that at what time you get to sleep..but you say you are in depression and so perhaps you are not able to sleep at time..as you must be knowing atleast 6-7 hour sleep is must for a good next day.. You must visit a consultant..and tell all the facts, withouting hiding any problems...I am sure, you will come with some good solution. Meanwhile, do discuss this problem with your dear one or someone within your family.. Thanks and Good Time ahead.
