Try to find out what she like and buy that gift for her and dont forget to remind her why you married her and chose her among all women. Tell her how you feel. If she likes to getaway for the weekend and so do that. It will be like a second a honeymoon for you guys. If she loves to go to spas then treat her out. I am a woman and I have been married for more than 15 years. I love it when my husband remind me why he married me and how much he loves me and points out all the good side of me. Be romantic with her with words. Try that to your wife and I bet she will fall madly inlove with you again like she first did. Woman loves it and they become more secure in their man's love. Also ask her if there is anything she wants you to change for her. Successful marriage is serving each others need and partnership.

I feel that the best gift would be to take her to a posh hotel and to give her lots of delicious food to eat. It would be wonderful if you choose a hotel that you have never been to before. It should be posh and cleah hotel. However, this is possible if only she likes or enjoys going to restaurants.

Collate all you and your wife pictures, it can be in an album or a Audio Visual Presentation. It should show the 10 years you've been together. Where have you been and what physical transformation that has been done. Are there more wrinkles or are you still the same and you both just change your hairstyle :) Hope this helps.

Wow! That would be so sweet of you to post a discussion like this. You must love her so much... As a girl, women loves being cared for and remembered during these special events in your lives. While a sweet hug, kiss, a love letter, or a bunch of flowers may warm the heart, I think all women still loves shoes, dress, jewelries, bags, makeups. lol. Just a few suggestions... But if you are a romantic couple, I would suggest that you go out of town, perhaps out of your country even. Have fun outside without anyone else but the two of you. You could go in a calm place with lots of beaches and beautiful scenes. Then you can recall and reminisce the time you were still courting her to the time you are already together, happy and contented. Wow, that would be great, isn't it? Women's hearts are easily touched with these happenings I tell you. So goodluck, and more years for both of you! :)

Buy her some nice jewellery, i'm sure she has a lot of costume jewellery but a really nice custom piece will make her love you forever i'm sure of it! go for hearts and diamonds - something that's classy and chic
