How to be a moderator in ptc site?

Guys I'm just wondering how to be a moderator in ptc site.
Are they been paid for being a moderator?
I been in astrobux forum and theirs a member who accusing a moderator for not paying her a money that he owe.
...
So I wonder how do ptc choose moderator..and what ptc do to protect its image..

thats up to the admin to decide he usually makes the most active old members moderators but i dont think that you will get paid as a moderator anyways good luck and i hope everything works out for you

No they are not..But they can if they want to..
Admin is the owner of the site..Or at least close to the owner.
