My wife is cooking a roast pork for the first time. She is cooking it for the Christmas party we are holding for our friends next week. Any tips? She has been suggested to use a pork loin, as it will be for 8 people. What are the cooking times and should she add anything to the loin? Are the cooking temperatures different for a fan forced oven?
