Is Quidscorner legit or a scam?

Hey whats up peoples I just joined a sight called quidscorner and I want to know if its legit. I joined yesterday and I have been clicking but my earnings seems to have gotten jammed at 25 cents. I click and then go back to check my earnings and they are still the same this is for the PTC not the offers. I have never seen this happen on any other ptc site before am I doing something wrong here?
