Good healthy Natural Foods

Food is not only nutritious values but also medicinal values. Ther are some natural foods that can prevent or cure certain ailments. Fruits are the natutre's most abundant and versatile creation that come in avariety of colors,sizes,shapes,scents, and flavor. They are responsible for healing properties,excellent protection from illness and diseases. Eating fruits and vegetables reduces the risk of cancer;aids in digestion and prevents constipation;reverse the aging process and prolongs life;reinforces stamina and prevents fatigue;repair damage or dry skin. Regular intake of fruits and vegetables prevent cardiovascular disease,stroke,hypertension,diabetes, and other diseases. Fruits are eaten raw or cooked,dried,canned, or preserved. The principal nutritional material is carbohydrate, including starches and sugars. Citrus fruits,tomatoes, and strawberries are primary sourcse of vitamin C, and most fruits contain considerble quantities of vitamin A and vitamin B.

Hi swapnamurthy, thanks for sharing. I like fruit a lot, especially apple and banana. I can't work without computers, I have read on a piece of newspaper that banana can help our eyes relax. So I eat a lot, haha. You are from India? You know what, I'm working in an Indian company, but in Shanghai, China. And the campany has a subsidiary in Chennai.

There are many nutritious foods which prevent illnesses. Jus a plain ginger if mixed in your daily food can prevent a cold. Some vegetables have a benefit of reducing b lood sugar. Even cheeses have proteins which are healthy for the body.

food is one of the driving force of life..not only they nourish our body , help fight diseases,provide emotional satisfaction.they are truely bearing life force.balanced diet comprising of green vegetables,fruits,diary products can help lead a healthy life

I do agree about good healthy natural foods. Though technology is at pace in our trend society right now, where many machines and robotics are made.. WE will still go back to the basic way of living a healthy life. A HEALTHY LIFE IS EATING HEALTHY FOODS.. IF you are to observe, those people who have lived many centuries ago,older people had longer expectancy life existence ranging more than 100 years old, but here at our presents times as technology rises more, the less life expectancy to survive due to many illnesses that had been discovered and caused by those food products that when taken too much cause diseases.At present time if you are able to live at more than 70 years old, you are very lucky.. IN natural foods, there is no side effects even you accumulate much.It has no bad effects but almost all good effects in our body. That is why many commercial products had been re invented to make natural foods capsulized in medicine form, to take advantage of the benefits it brings, but clearly.. It will not ever be exactly effective for they are man- made unlike natural fruits which are made from our natural resources and not MAN-made products.
