Cellphone - I always end the conversation as I feel the one who has called has to pay

Whenever one receives a call who should end the conversation the one who calls or the one who receives the call? I always end the call as I feel the who has called will have to pay for the call and I feel bad about it.

No No. That is for the person to think, who is making the call. The basic etiquette is that the caller should end the conversation. If we are in a hurry or in a meeting, we should make our position clear and the other person has to end the call. But some people do not bother about your position and go on talking. In that case, politely you tell your position and keep the phone.

Truly speaking One who don't wanna talk further will end the call. Normally the Receiver will cut only if he / she is not able to talk, there will be no other reason but the Caller have one more reason, BILL......
