Which do you prefer the crimp bead or the tube crimp / myLot

I always use the bead crimp, but I was curious if there is a difference. Is the tube easier to use or is the same as the bead?

I'm not a stringer, so I'm not very familiar with some of the tools and equipment used, but I think tubes and crimps are the same. I gave up on stringing when I messed up about the 3rd crimp bead I put on an item. Hope you have a very happy New Year.
